Safety is paramount. Our instructors are certified range safety officers, we hold safety briefs prior to live-fire, and will coach safety procedures throughout the course. We have an AED and GSW first aid kit onsite for all activities.

Come as you are! We scale our training to accommodate each shooter at their individual level of experience.  Our goal is to balance challenge with enjoyment.

• Pistol – Semi-automatic (9mm) with (3) magazines
• Carbine – Semi-automatic (5.56mm or .223) with (3) magazines, sling, and optic
• Magazine pouches – Carbine and pistol
• Belt – 1.5” minimum width and must be rigid/sturdy
• Holster – Polymer/Kydex outside the waistband (OWB) holster with active retention
• Plate carrier – Men's 15lbs and women's 12lbs
• Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) – Optional but encouraged
• Hearing protection – Electronic preferred
• Eye protection – Wrap around and ballistic rated
• Outdoor clothing – Sun clothing, warming layers, rain gear
• Footwear – Closed toe
• Water, food, and snacks – Bring lunch
• Bug spray and sunscreen – Highly recommended

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? Once your return is received and inspected, we'll exchange your item for the proper size and ship back to you at-cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Exceptions

At Telos Defense's discretion. Final-sale, customized, personalized, and gift card purchases are not eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
